With this acquisition, Penco Restoration now encompasses a total of three branches across Metro Atlanta and continues to provide nationwide disaster response. The integration of Rapid Restoration enhances Penco’s capabilities in providing expert restoration solutions, reinforcing its position as a trusted leader in the industry.

As part of the acquisition, Penco is thrilled to be retaining all of Rapid Restoration’s talent. Drew Blackwell will become the Vice President of Strategic Growth for Penco Holdings, LLC. Matt Callahan will be the General Manager for the Penco Northwest Georgia Division in Cartersville, and Aaron White will be the Operations Manager for the Penco Northwest Georgia Division in Cartersville.
