Raul started in construction at a very young age, helping his father on his side projects through late nights and hot summers. In 2009, the late nights and days spent in the scorching heat paid off as he was hired by his first restoration company. During this time, he started as a field technician but quickly moved up the ladder to being an administrative assistant, then a scheduler, then an estimator, and finally a project manager.
