Shauna Parsons has joined Violand Management Associates (VMA) as a Business Development Advisor, allowing VMA to continue to expand and serve their list of restoration, plumbing, HVAC, and other direct labor clients in developing their professional abilities and sustaining profitable growth in their businesses.
Shauna Parsons is a highly accomplished business coach, experienced in working directly with small business owners and managers in the construction, home improvement, and manufacturing industries. She focuses on guiding company leadership teams through creating positive change in their P&L, company culture, operational processes, and in expanding sales volume.
Prior to being a business coach, Shauna was the founder and president of Evergreen Basement Systems in Appomattox, VA. She oversaw all areas of business and operational growth, leading a team of 50 employees through implementing strategic initiatives and managing day-to-day processes. She is also an accomplished presenter and the winner of the 2016 Athena International Leadership Award.
