Q: You’ve commented “building your ideal Exit Ramp℠“, what does this mean?

JT says: As an owner, your Exit Ramp℠ starts when you begin making decisions with a sale in mind.  You are both the architect and GC.  Your decisions determine whether it’s a nice long ramp, allowing you to coast into a sale and transition; or, whether it’s a risky hairpin ramp with portions of the guard-rail missing, a bumper lying nearby and skid-marks shooting into the grass.

For some an Exit Ramp℠ is 8-10 months, for others 8-10 years. The key?  Make purposeful & intentional decisions.  The longer the ramp the greater the impact.

Discovering deal points important to you, along with a few questions and basic planning, the impacts and ROI are both real and tangible, guaranteed.

BEST retirements don’t just happen to fall into place… they’re a result of deliberate decisions made months or years in advance.

Your best possible Exit Ramp℠ is built with solid answers and confident decisions.
