RDM Restoration & Move is a Family owned business established in 2022. Rich and Lisa McHale along with their two boys (Devin & Riley) employ more than 10 employees handling Restoration and Pack Outs throughout the Hudson Valley area of NY. Although the company is new, Rich and Lisa are no strangers to the service business. From 1993 to 2019, Rich was in a family business that performed not only restoration work but offered pest control services as well. With no acquisitions and only organic growth, Rich and his family built up a $24 million company that sold in 2019.
