Business Mentors hired Katie Morton as their Business Development Manager in December of
2021. Katie will act as the marketing coordinator and executive assistant to the leadership staff. In addition, she will be responsible for creating and distributing consistent and professional content primarily but not exclusively through their digital channels.
Morton brings her experience as the former Sports and Conventions Coordinator from Travel Lane County. While at Travel Lane County, she implemented marketing content (blogs, social posts, etc.) across all social media platforms, assisted with and created social media strategies, and coordinated email marketing to subscribers of the various company e-newsletters. Morton also assisted Travel Lane County in putting together several bids for large sports events such as the 2023 PDGA US Masters Championships.
Morton will be responsible for maintaining and updating the Business Mentors website, social media management, and marketing. She will also coordinate with industry partners to set up, film and edit video testimonials.
