Celebrating Our New Business Manager at Floodlight Consulting Group: Wayne Hudson

We are proud to welcome Wayne Hudson to our team at Floodlight Consulting Group as the new Business Manager. Wayne’s journey to our company is marked by a blend of professional excellence and a deep dedication to his personal passions.

Wayne’s career in Property Management, particularly at CTL Management, is distinguished by numerous accolades. His achievements include being nominated twice for Multifamily Housing Northwest Manager of the Year, winning the Continued Improvement Suggestion Program Idea of the Year twice, bagging the Marketing Idea of the Year once, being a three-time Gold Medal Manager, and a Presidential Award nominee. These honors are a testament to his innovative leadership and operational prowess.

An intriguing and inspiring chapter in Wayne’s life is the 2.5-year sabbatical he took to pursue his passion for Jiu-Jitsu. During this period, Wayne trained intensively, 2-3 times a day, at Pedigo Submission Fighting in Mount Vernon, IL, also known as Daisy Fresh. This experience, highlighted in the Daisy Fresh documentary series (https://youtu.be/t03TqJ7-Oiw), was a time of deep personal growth and discipline. It reflects his commitment to excellence, not just professionally, but in every aspect of his life.

Wayne’s professional philosophy revolves around leveraging processes to catalyze business growth, enabling leaders to focus on broader organizational challenges. His approach is a perfect fit for Floodlight Consulting Group, where we value such innovative and forward-thinking mindsets.

As Wayne steps into his role, he is eager to contribute to the growth of our ‘Head Heart and Boots’ podcast and the flourishing journey of Floodlight and its clients. We are excited to see the positive impact he will bring to our team with his unique blend of professional experience, leadership skills, and personal passions.

“In his first few weeks, Wayne has already made a huge impact on the team. His drive and instincts around problem-solving and system-building, as well as his ability to quickly earn other’s trust is another leap forward for Floodlight,” said Brandon Reece, co-founder of Floodlight.

Join us in giving a hearty welcome to Wayne Hudson, a rad addition to our Floodlight family!
