Melia brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in operations, Time & Materials billing, and large-loss project governance. Her career spans nearly two decades supporting North American catastrophe response efforts, where she successfully managed billing and documentation for complex, multi-million-dollar hurricane, flood, tornado, industrial, mining, and polar vortex losses across the United States and Canada.
Throughout her career, Melia has built a reputation for bringing clarity and control to high-stakes environments. Her expertise includes contractual compliance, invoice packaging, burn-rate analysis, and developing scalable systems that promote documentation accuracy, transparency, and timely payment. On large losses where scrutiny is high and margins matter, her work protects both financial performance and client trust.
In addition to her operational depth, Melia has served as a Corporate Trainer and Operations Manager, designing and delivering both in-person and virtual training programs for billing specialists, project managers, and leadership teams. She has led the development of T&M audit teams, restructured standard operating procedures, and created practical tools that align field performance with financial accountability.
