A seasoned insurance professional, entrepreneur, and community advocate, Wilson brings a wealth of industry expertise and leadership to the company’s operations.
Headquartered in Rockdale County, Guardian Restoration Group of Georgia will serve clients throughout the state, with strategic plans for regional and national expansion.
With more than a decade of experience as a licensed insurance adjuster, Wilson has held as many as 20 adjuster licenses across multiple states and currently maintains 15 active licenses. Originally from Houston, Texas, his career reflects a deep understanding of both the insurance and property restoration sectors — uniquely positioning him to guide clients, homeowners, and property managers through the restoration process with professionalism and care.
Wilson’s entrepreneurial journey includes founding Guardian Facility Management, a successful janitorial and maintenance services company based in Houston, and Guardian Financial Services, a national tax preparation firm specializing in solutions for adjusters and business professionals. Prior to joining Guardian Restoration Group of Georgia, Wilson served as Business Development Manager for a Georgia-based restoration company, where he deepened his expertise in mitigation, reconstruction, and customer relations.
Wilson holds a Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) certification from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and is currently pursuing additional designations including Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS), Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FSRT), and Odor Control Technician (OCT). His dedication to professional excellence and ongoing education exemplifies the Company’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards in restoration practice.
In addition to his leadership at Guardian, Wilson serves as President of the Greater Eastside Chamber of Commerce and President/CEO of the Greater Eastside Alliance, Inc., a 501(c)(3) organization focused on workforce development, economic growth, and business training. Through the Greater Eastside Alliance, he is also an approved education provider with the Georgia Department of Insurance, offering continuing education programs for licensed property adjusters and property and casualty agents statewide.
