Pearlman Group (“Pearlman”), a portfolio company of The Stephens Group, LLC (“The Stephens Group”) and a leading multi-channel developer and specialty distributor of supplies, tools and equipment used in the fabrication, maintenance, cleaning, and restoration of surfaces for residential, commercial, and industrial end-markets, announced that it has acquired J. Dulac & Sons, Inc. dba Cleaners Connection (“Cleaners Connection”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in North Little Rock, AR, Cleaners Connection is a specialty distributor of cleaning and restoration supplies serving contractors and professionals in the Midwest and South. Founded in 1999, Cleaners Connection has grown under the leadership of brothers Rob and Gene Dulac and has been a go-to resource in its region and beyond for the past 20+ years. Cleaners Connection’s experienced team supports thousands of professionals with supplies, equipment, and rental needs.
