Sasser Restoration is proud to welcome Jose Gutierrez as a new Senior Project Manager. Gutierrez will be serving as a Senior Project Manager for Sasser Restoration- West’s headquarters in Anaheim, CA. Jose is playing an integral part in the company’s advancement of the large loss reconstruction, capital expenditure, and specialty construction services.
Gutierrez has been in the construction industry for 29 years and has developed his skills through technical classroom training and hands-on experiences throughout his career. “I’ve developed a vision to almost see through walls,” he said. “When there’s an issue like a water leak, I start wondering what’s behind the wall and dissect the interior and exterior of the building envelope.” Additionally, Gutierrez is accustomed to building interpersonal relationships with his team, stakeholders and contractors. “I’m a production guy. I’m used to a lot of interaction with the guys in the field, the subcontractors, the sales team and account managers.”
With this unique ability to not only see the root of the problem but also work with everyone involved to execute a solution, Gutierrez is playing an integral part in the growth and success of Sasser Restoration-West. “We are thrilled to have Jose as part of our team,” David Duta, Senior Vice President of Sasser Restoration- West, said. “Jose’s technical skills as well as his hands-on experience will be invaluable to our team.
