Floodlight Consulting Group is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Will Tygart, a seasoned professional with over two decades of expertise in the restoration, construction, and property damage mitigation sectors, along with a strong background in digital marketing.
Starting as a Bricklayer in 1994 in the Greater Seattle Area, Will honed his masonry skills and subsequently founded Tygart Masonry in 2007. His entrepreneurial endeavor led him to diverse roles within the industry, particularly at Polygon (formerly Munters), where he served as District Operations Manager in the Northwest Territory, among other roles.
In his role as Project Director at Interstate Restoration, Will helped establish the Seattle office, focusing on client needs, managing project finances, and maintaining quality controls.
A respected advocate for disaster preparedness and risk management, Will has also served as an educational speaker on topics ranging from facilities risk management plans to sales strategy and service delivery.
As a Solutions Partner at Floodlight, Will is responsible for working with restoration owners and senior leaders to connect their growth plans and leading challenges with Floodlight’s consulting and training solutions.
“Will is not only an excellent culture and values match for our team and our clients, but just like our consultants, he brings a deep understanding of our industry and can draw on a diverse background of experience- from field ops to sales. We’re really excited to have him join us,”- Floodlight Co-founder Chris Nordyke.
