A Word About Planning for Winter Break Week and Overflow Lodging

Winter Break Week will always be held on President’s Day Week, and for at least 2027 will be held in Bonita Springs, and/or in future years, held in close proximity to the Fort Myers Southwest Regional airport.

The overflow hotel contracted in Estero near the Coconut Point mall, is closer to the airport, and is about 10-12 minutes from the Bonita Springs venues using local streets. That location is better suited for attendees that are renting a car and traveling with family tagging on a vacation as part of attending Winter Break; as well as companies sending a team of 2 to 4 associates who want to attend multiple Winter Break Week events.
