The virtual receptionist service has now donated over two million meals to support US communities in need
Home and field answering service, AnswerForce, has donated two million meals through its Giving Back program.
Since 2020, AnswerForce has donated 1% to food banks each month. The donations aim to help provide vital meals across the country to help communities in need. In November 2023, the company total passed the two (2) million meals detonated milestone, with donations to over 230 organizations nationwide.
Among the many food bank organizations AnswerForce has supported in the past three years include:
- Utah Foodbank: A non-profit dedicated to ‘Fighting Hunger Statewide’. The charity provides food assistance in all 29 Utah counties.
- United Food Bank: A cross-agency organization that distributes 52,000 meals to Arizona citizens every day.
- Feeding America: Supporting the charity’s disaster response program to provide immediate support to those affected by Hurricane Ian.
AnswerForce Head of Marketing & Impact, Craig Cockburn, said:
“Contractors are at the heart of their community. They support businesses and individuals every day. Our monthly donations are a small way of giving back to those communities. Just as everyone deserves shelter and warmth, everyone should know where their next meal will come from. We’ll continue to support communities, business owners, and the organizations fighting to eradicate food poverty across the United States.”
Bethany Ripoyla, Operations Leader at AnswerForce, added:
“We hear daily how our customers help their communities. Being able to support organizations across the country that are at the heart of supporting those communities is both humbling and incredibly important.”
These two million+ meals mark a milestone in the fight against end food insecurity. Just as the food banks continue to support their communities, AnswerForce continues to support businesses across America in their bid to provide exceptional customer service.
