Kelley Dolan has joined Violand Management Associates (VMA) as a Business Development Advisor, allowing VMA to continue to coach their expanding list of restoration, plumbing, HVAC, and other direct labor clients in developing their professional abilities and sustaining profitable growth in their businesses.
For over 20 years Kelley has delivered a dynamic impact in the property restoration industry with a focus on management and leadership working for both small and large restorers. She is a recognized expert and thought leader in Human Resources, Employee Development, and Organizational Stewardship.
Kelley has led restoration teams to win Restoration Industry Association (RIA) Phoenix Awards. A Great Places to Work Award, and a Smart CEO Culture Award. Kelley is a winner of a SmartCEO Brava Award, RIA’s 2021 Volunteer of the Year, and two-time runner up R&R Magazine Women in Restoration Award.
Kelley has been a volunteer with the RIA since 2019 and was elected as an RIA Board Member in 2023. She is certified in Emergenetics, Predictive Index, and Dream Manager Training.
