Who Says Planning Has to be Hard?

If you’re like me, then now is the time of year when you’re finalizing those important plans for next year. It’s an important way to step into a new year with major goals in mind. I don’t know about you, but I don’t need a 30-page business plan that’s going to sit on a shelf somewhere collecting dust for 12 months.

What I’ve done for years, with continued success, is to create a 1-page plan that communicates to my team what’s most important to our path forward.

If I were to look at you a year from now and ask you what made your year successful, what would you say? Understanding your success starts with knowing what you need. It’s important to have a game plan, a playbook, a north star that the whole team can follow.

Make it simple. Look at where you are, where you want to be, and determine how you’re going to get there. Writing down your goals can work without a 100-page plan. Catch the replay of my recent planning webinar and create your own one-page success plan for 2025.
